Occupying the entire first floor of our Brooklyn home, the Royalty Suite is 1,300 square feet of carefully curated space designed for impressing and entertaining. The living space features an open floor plan with two living rooms, a complete kitchen, and four full bathrooms.
You’ll have access to a huge projector screen with 4k projector, streaming services, a sound system where you can easily connect your music, alluring and colorful lighting, upscale design touches, exposed brick, and high-end kitchen appliances. The suite features three bedrooms, all with attached, full bathrooms.
(Front bedroom) has two king sized beds combined to make our largest megabed yet.
(Middle bedroom) features one california king bed.
(Back bedroom) has two queen sized beds combined creating our classic megabed.
You can comfortably sleep approximately 11 people across the three bedrooms. Booking the Royalty Suite also grants guests access to the gorgeous backyard where you’ll find a raised patio which can be used as stage, an enclosed seating area for 20, fireplace table, gazebo, extra-large hot tub, full sized bar, and an open air space suitable for use as a smoking area. The backyard is shared with residents of the home.
Capacity: Monday through Thursday maximum capacity of 20 people. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday the capacity is 45 people.
Special requests may be made for use of the following adult amenities: St. Andrew’s Cross, spanking bench, queening/ BDSM chair, Sybian, and more. Additional charges may apply. For even more space and amenities, check out our other rentals.
