With the Whole Package you’ll have access to 3,100 square feet of luxuriously designed space. With so many varied and beautiful areas to choose from, your guests will feel spoiled with options for how to enjoy themselves!
On the first floor you’ll find two living rooms, a complete kitchen, three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
You’ll have access to a huge projector screen with 4k projector, streaming services, alluring and colorful lighting, upscale design touches, exposed brick, and high-end kitchen appliances.
The three bedrooms on the first floor all have attached, full bathrooms.
(Front bedroom) has two king sized beds combined to make our largest megabed yet.
(Middle bedroom) features one california king bed.
(Back bedroom) has two queen sized beds combined creating our classic megabed.
(Basement) space is a 1,000 sq. foot open floor plan, featuring hardwood floors, speakers throughout, 3 bathrooms, a seating area, a room that can be used as coat check, and colorful, programmable lighting.
The studio can be arranged in a variety of ways to fit your needs. If you’re hosting a play party the space can be configured with nine queen sized mattresses, bed platforms, linens, and sex supply carts to create extensive play space.
If you are hosting a workshop or performance, you can make use of the projector and folding chairs, for seating up to 40 guests.
Connecting the first floor and the studio is a gorgeous backyard where you’ll find a raised patio which can be used as stage, an enclosed seating area for 20, fireplace table, gazebo, extra-large hot tub, full sized bar, and an open-air space suitable for use as a smoking area.
The studio space is accessible both through the backyard and the hallway of the first floor, creating multiple ways for your guests to move throughout the space. It’s easy to play your throughout the entire space or only in specified areas.

Special requests may be made for use of the following adult amenities. St. Andrew’s Cross, spanking bench, queening/ BDSM chair, Sybian, and more. Inquire about renting our CDJ mixer and speakers for a reasonable rate.
There is a cleaning fee of $350 for this rental, which is added at check out.
